Ku914 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice under any of the following circumstances.

• Registering with false or incomplete information.

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains that is not subject to forfeiture for rule violations, a refund will be considered after verification is complete.
